KrupaPharmaCon 2019 - Scientific Sessions

KrupaPharmaCon 2019; International Conference on : INNOVATING THE PHARMAVERSE-NEW VISTAS AND AVENUES IN PHARMACEUTICAL AND CLINICAL DOMAIN bought together multiple experts from different domains of Pharmaceutical Industry to share ideas and updates from the field. There were 800+ delegates who has come from different parts of the country actively participated in the Scientific Sessions.
The scientific session for the Day started with Dr.Chandrika Kambam, Vice-President of Clinical Services,Columbia Asia of Hospitals,India sharing her thought on the Emerging trends in Medical Therapeutics.
The next speaker was Dr.Harsha Doddihal,Senior Consultant Clinical Oncology,Fortis Hospital,Senior Director at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and board member and co-founder at Prana-Healthcare Enablers has given a great session on Curing Cancer-The Saga Continues.
The Podium was then taken over by the Keynote speaker Prof. James F Jordan, Distinguished Service Professor of Healthcare and Biotechnology Management and Senior Director of Healthcare and Biotechnology Programs &President & CEO at the Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse, Pennsylvania, USA. Professor has delivered his session on Immunotherapy Approaches,Efficacy and Challenges.
The next Speaker was Dr.Jasbir Dhaliwal, Executive Vice-President for Research and Innovation,Executive Director-FedEx Institute of Technology,Executive Director –The University of Memphis,USA who delivered his lecture “Blending Environments-Strengthening University-Industry Collaboration to Speed-up Innovation and Commercialization”.
Our next Keynote Speaker Mr.Kothandaraman Sridharan, CEO of Clever Insight,Mindshare Learning Centre,former CEO of Mphasis-BFL,IISc/Standford University was the first speaker for the afternoon session (Post Lunch) on Deglobalization.
He was followed by Dr.Premnath Shenoy, President,Karnataka State Branch-The Indian Pharmaceutical Association(IPA) talked on New Drugs and Clinical Trial Rules 2019, and gave an overview about the latest Clinical trials.
The final speaker for the day was Mr.Kaushik Ganguly, Vice-President of Clinical Operations Asia Pacific , Navitas Lifesciences,Bangalore. He spoke on Changing Dynamics of Pharmacists and Clinical Trials.
There is a overwhelming response from the delegates across the country on all the scientific sessions which gave them an overall idea happening in curren Pharmaceutical Industry.The day ended post sessions with panel discussion and high tea
